The Chairman, Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Linus Nto Mbah has urged women leaders to use their positions to influence other women positively.

Eze Nto Mbah, who stated this at the 2024 International Women Conference held at ECOWAS Headquarters main Hall, Asokoro, Abuja, said the conference has over decades been a beacon of hope and empowerment in bringing together women leaders who have committed themselves to affecting society positively as well as transforming their communities.

The Royal Father described the theme for this year’s conference, “The Resilient Woman” as apt, as it shows the unwavering spirit that defines the women folk.

He also stressed the need for women to continue to contribute to the economic development of their families in the face of the economic challenges in the present day Nigeria.

Eze Nto Mbah, who appreciated the women leaders for making impacts in their various fields of endeavors, thanked them for giving him the Global Women Leading Award based on his contributions in society.
