The Mayor of Isiala Ngwa North LGA, Ambassador Innocent Uruakpa has charged Isiala Ngwa North LGA workers to be more focused, committed and professional in the discharge of their duties.
Ambassador Uruakpa who gave the charge at the Council Headquarters in Okpuala Ngwa while addressing staff of the LGA, stressed the need for all hands to be on deck in building a council that sets example for others to follow in the areas of transparency, honesty and commitment to excellence.
The Isiala Ngwa North Council boss while restating his determination to work for the socio-economic transformation of the LGA and state at large, also reiterated that his administration is fully centered on holistic representation and good governance.
He further used the opportunity to solicit their assistance in moving the council forward as well as in actualizing the vision of the Governor, Dr Alex Otti in rebuilding and positioning the state on the path of socio-economic development.
Our correspondent reports that the LGA Chairman also took a tour round the facilities in the Council where he promised to give the council headquarters a facelift.
