The National Convenor of the Nigerian Project (TNP), Chief Reagan Ufomba, has emphasized that a more united and prosperous Nigeria can only be achieved through the mobilization of patriotic Nigerians committed to selfless service for the country’s development.
During a meeting with State Administrators, Coordinators, Acting Coordinators, and the Executive Committee, Chief Ufomba urged the group to engage communities with meaningful initiatives to expand membership among Nigerians who are dedicated to the growth of a united nation.
He stressed that Nigeria urgently needs individuals who place the country’s interests above personal or sectional ambitions, asserting that TNP is ready to answer this call.
“Furthermore, the message we convey to the public is critical to our impact and the perception of who we are. It is therefore essential to deploy tact, harmonize our ideas, firm our values, design our schemes, and carve a unique methodology,” he stated.
Outlining the core principles of TNP, including zero tolerance for corruption, electoral reforms, mass literacy, poverty eradication, and true federalism, Chief Ufomba cautioned against endorsing political party candidates or supporting divisive actions.
He also expressed gratitude to State Coordinators for their efforts in establishing local structures, urging them to intensify their efforts in expanding membership at all levels.
Chief Ufomba assured the group that the National Secretariat would soon issue uniform guidelines for state and local government structures to ensure consistency across the board.
“To our new members and officers, welcome to a transformative journey. Your energy, ideas, and commitment will be instrumental in achieving our shared goals. As we march forward, let us remain steadfast, disciplined, patriotic, and united. The choice is ours to make between service to nation and service to self; and between service to our various political parties and service to The Nigerian Project,” Chief Ufomba concluded.
In their speeches, the various State Coordinators and Administrators praised TNP’s initiatives, expressing their determination to mobilize patriotic Nigerians in the pursuit of a more united and prosperous nation.
