The Abia State Government has reiterated its decision to pay Abians, the 13th Month Salary.
The Abia State Commissioner for Information, Prince Okey Kanu, who disclosed this while featuring in a BCA Radio Programme ‘’Executive Brief” said government had before now, prepared good packages for Abia Civil Servants.
Prince Kanu noted that Governor Alex Otti has given a special package for Traditional Rulers in the State as well as distributed palliative to various vulnerable groups.
The Information Boss further stated that the Carols and Nine lessons organized by the State was to make Abians relax and enjoy the Christmas and reassured of the commitment of the Governor in positively toughing the lives of Abians for better.
He called for continued prayers and support of Abians for the State government and wished Abians a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New year.
