The Special Adviser to Abia State Governor on Policy and Intervention, and Coordinator, Abia Community and Social Development Agency, The Rev. Fr Christian Anokwuru, has enjoined the Staff of the Agency to make hardwork, transparency and dedication their watchword.
The Rev. Fr. Anokwuru who stated this during the maiden meeting he held with the Staff at the Agency assured them that the present administration will continue to support the Agency to ensure they succeed in rural transformation.
He noted that rural development is key to overall development and assured that he will look into the challenges facing the Agency.
In his remarks, the General Manager, Abia CSDA, Mr. Ekpo Ekejiuba, lauded the commitment of the Staff despite all odds and tasked them on more dedication, accountability and transparency in their dealings.
He expressed the hope that funding of communities and livelihood support to beneficiaries will soon commence and thanked the Governor, Dr. Alex Otti for sustaining the Agency as well as appreciated the Coordinator, The Rev.Fr Anokwuru for working round the clock to ensure the smooth running of the Agency.
