The Special Adviser to Abia State Governor on Security Matters, Commodore Macdonald Ubah Rtd has identified collaborative efforts as key in combating crimes and other Social vices bedeviling Society.

Commodore Ubah Rtd who stated this when he received in audience Abians in Diaspora Commission Members (ADCOM), described security as everyone’s business and called on all to be vigilant and report any suspicious movement within and around their domain to Security Agents for immediate action.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters, disclosed that Abians have continued to enjoy relative peace courtesy of the collaborative efforts of all and congratulated ADCOM Board Members on their appointments and enjoined them to sustain their support for the present administration.
In his Speech, the Leader of the delegation, Sir Bob Ibeneme said that they came to present themselves to the Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters following their appointment by the Governor, Dr Alex Otti and commended the Governor for the success story his administration has recorded in the Security Sector of the State.
Sir Ibeneme further called for a stronger synergy and integration of local vigilantes and community policing strategy to enhance the security of people at the grassroots.
Also speaking, other ADCOM Board Members, including Chief Leon Ibeka and Ambassador Annie Onwuchekwa prayed God to continue to strengthen the Governor in his commitment towards the development of the State as well as grant him the wisdom to pilot the affairs of State.
