The Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command, Mr. Danladi Isa, has assured the new State Commander of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Abia State Command, Mr. Nnadi Wilfred of his collaboration and support.
Mr. Isa who gave the assurance when he received in audience the new State Commander of NDLEA deployed to Abia State during a courtesy visit to the Police Command Umuahia, appreciated the commander for coming to identify with his command.
In his remarks earlier, the Commander NDLEA, Mr. Nnadi Wilfred said the purpose of his visit was to familiarize with the Commissioner of Police and to strengthen the existing support and synergy between the two agencies with a view to enhancing security and tackle drug related crimes in the state.
Mr. Wilfred, while commending the Commissioner for the way he has been handling security matters in the state thanked him for the warm reception accorded him and his entourage.
