The Commander, Abia State Community Policing/Vigilante, Apostle Dr Daniel Iheadindueme has commended the Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti for his numerous infrastructural revolution taking place at various nooks and crannies of Aba, the commercial nerve centre of the State.
Apostle Iheadindueme who gave the commendation when he visited his officers at the various construction sites at Ohanku road, Port-Harcourt Road Aba, Ekeakpara – NNPC Road Osisioma, Omuma Road, Ehi road, Market and Tenant Roads among others, described Governor Otti as a transformative leader.
He disclosed how dilapidated and abandoned the roads and neighbourhoods were before the Governor’s intervention, pointing out that no Government in the last 24 years plus has attempted doing what Governor Otti has done for them in less than two years in office.
The ASCP Commander expressed optimism that with the multiple ongoing construction and reconstruction of roads across the State, Abia will soon take its pride of place in the comity of economically advanced States with the right environment for investment and investors.
Apostle Dr Daniel Iheadindueme also used the opportunity to restate his commitment to providing adequate security across rural communities in the state and at the various construction sites and charged officers of the Abia State Community Policing/Vigilante to be vigilant and alive to their responsibilities.
According to him, the good road network will aid security agencies to respond swiftly to emergencies and well as enhance their operations.
Apostle Dr Daniel Iheadindueme later paid a courtesy visit to the second Deputy Chairman, Abia State Traditional Rulers Council at his palace in company of his LGA commanders.
