The State Commander, Abia State Community Policing/Vigilante, Apostle Daniel Iheadindueme, has commended Governor Alex Otti for his commitment, proactive measures and dedication to creating a secure environment.

Apostle Iheadindueme who made the commendation at Isiala-Okpu in Osisioma Ngwa LGA, during the official installation of Mr Morris Uche Isiguzo as the state Patron of ACPV, lauded Governor Otti for his steadfast commitment to maintaining peace and curbing crime across the State.
The ACPV state Commander while describing security as essential for the overall well-being and development of the state, emphasized the need for enhanced security, especially in the rural communities in order to help foster development, safeguard lives and property.
On the installation of Mr Morris Uche Isiguzo, an Abia Diasporan as the State Patron of Abia State Community Policing/Vigilante, Apostle Daniel Iheadindueme said the move is a bid to bolster grassroots security across the State, and applauded Mr Isiguzo for his unwavering commitment to peace, development, and community service across the state.
“The appointment of Mr Morris Uche Isiguzo is not just symbolic – it is a practical step towards strengthening our collective effort to protect lives and property,” The Commander said.
Responding, the newly installed State Patron of Abia State Community Policing/Vigilante, Mr Morris Uche Isiguzo, thanked Governor Alex Otti for his Infrastructural revolution across all facets of the state economy and for ensuring peace and adequate security for all Abians and residents.
Mr Isiguzo also thanked Apostle Daniel Iheadindueme and the entire structure of the state Community Policing and Vigilante for the good work they are doing in the state especially in the rural communities, and pledged to bring his wealth of experience and influence to bear in ensuring that the grassroots security architecture remains robust and responsive.
“Security is everyone’s business, I am committed to working with your officers and communities to create a safer Abia for all.” He said.
In their goodwill messages, the Divisionsl Police Officer in-charge of World Bank Police Station Aba represented by DSP Bartholomew Ogwudire, ASP Onyinyechi Nwuju from Eziama Police Station Aba, the Councillor representing Ward 10, Okpu Umuobo in Osisioma Ngwa Legislative Council, Hon. Obioma Abuwa and Chief Chima Ajaegbu described Mr Morris Uche Isiguzo as a bridge-builder and a man of integrity, whose leadership qualities and philanthropic contributions have continued to inspire many.
The ceremony which featured the formal decorations of Mr Morris Uche Isiguzo as the new State Patron and Mr Raymond Amuzie as the Commander of Umuahia South LGA also attracted the presence of traditional rulers among other distinguished personalities.
