The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has arrested a prominent Lagos socialite and businessman, Emeka Okonkwo Daniel, popularly known as E-Money, over alleged currency abuse.
According to EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, E-Money was arrested at his residence in the Omole area of Lagos State on Monday night after an event where he was allegedly caught spraying US dollars.
Reports indicated that preliminary investigations were already ongoing, and the suspect will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
