Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti has identified thanksgiving as key to attracting and unlocking multiple doors of blessings from God.

Governor Otti who disclosed this at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Ebenma Hilltop, Ogbor Hill Aba, during the thanksgiving ceremony and dedication of Master Ugochukwu Favour Okezie Ezengwa, Son of the Deputy General Manager of Abia State Environmental Protection Agency ASEPA Aba Zone, Elder Okezie Ezengwa, noted that God does not forget those that deligently wait and serve him in spirit and truth.

The Governor represented by his Chief of Staff, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, while describing children as precious gifts from God, enjoined those still believing God for the fruit of the womb to keep trusting God for their own blessings.

The State Chief Executive attributed the successes his administration has recorded within the last two years to the grace of God, sustained prayers and support of churches, and congratulated Elder Ezengwa and his family on the safe arrival of their son while praying for more of God’s blessings upon them.

Preaching on the topic, “Don’t Give Up” the Minister-in-charge of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Ebenma Hilltop, Ogbor Hill Aba, Pst Mgbeoma Owuala, assured christians that God has the ultimate power to turn around every situation for good for those that truly believe and trust in him, hence the need for all to depend solely on God for solutions to their challenges.

In his thanksgiving, the Deputy General Manager, ASEPA Aba Zone, Elder Okezie Ezengwa, thanked God for the gift of a son and for multiple deliverances as well as appreciated Governor Alex Otti, the church and all that came to celebrate with his family.

Our correspondent reports that the thanksgiving and child dedication ceremony which attracted the presence of the Commissioner for Power and Public Utilities, Engr. Ikechukwu Monday, the General Manager, ASEPA, Mazi Ogbonnaya Okereke, the GM/CEO, Abia State Structure for Signage and Advertisement Agency, Hon. Mrs Victoria Dibunma Onwubiko among other distinguished personalities also featured prayers for the Governor and the celebrants family, choral renditions among others.
