The Abia State Government hereby disassociates itself from a purported International Summit on Lands, Estates and Properties scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Nsulu Kingdom, Isiala Ngwa North LGA of Abia State.
The state government wishes to inform the general public and investors that:
- The Abia State Government is not a participant or organizer of the said summit.
- All land acquisitions concerning the Abia Airport Nsulu site have been acquired by the State Government.
- All inquiries and transactions related to land matters and acquisitions within Nsulu environs and Abia State should be directed to the Ministry of Lands and Housing, State Secretariat, Ogurube Layout, Umuahia.
- Anyone engaging in land acquisitions within and outside the airport vicinity does so at their own risk.
The Abia State Government advises the public to be cautious and seek guidance from the appropriate authorities to avoid any potential issues or disputes.
