The new Permanent Secretary, Government House Umuahia, Mr Kingston Elefue has officially resumed office.
Speaking while handing over to the new Permanent Secretary, the immediate past Permanent Secretary, Government House Umuahia and Head of Service, Mr Benson Ojeikere urged his successor to work closely with Staff to enable him achieve the vision of Governor Alex Otti in the State.
Mr. Ojeikere used the forum to thank Governor Otti for elevating him to the position of Head of Service and enjoined Government House Staff to extend the same support given to him to the new Permanent Secretary to enable him succeed.
Responding, the new Permanent Secretary, Government House Umuahia, Mr Kingston Elefue appreciated Governor Otti for finding him worthy for the position of a Permanent Secretary, Government House Umuahia.
Mr Elefue assured that he would deploy his wealth of experience in galvanizing the Staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the present administration in the State.
Our Government House Correspondent, reports that the handover ceremony which was witnessed by the Director of Administration, Lady Nwomiko Udo-Nwokocha, the Director of Finance, Mrs Onyedikachi Ogwo among other Management Staff, featured the signing of handover notes.
