The Chief of Staff to the Abia State Governor, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, has charged Abia youths to embrace discipline, vision, and selflessness as they prepare for leadership and greater responsibilities in society.
Pastor Ajagba, who gave the charge at Government House, Umuahia, while addressing youths from Isiala Ngwa North LGA under the aegis of Ngwa-Ukwu La Nwaoha Youth Leaders, reminded them that the future of the state and the nation rests on their shoulders. He emphasized that only youths who shun pride, laziness, and distractions can emerge as great leaders.

The Chief of Staff noted that the administration of Governor Alex Otti is committed to creating an enabling environment where young people can thrive, contribute meaningfully to economic growth, and pursue their dreams without seeking greener pastures outside the state.
He urged them to be agents of positive change, ambassadors of integrity, and partners in the ongoing rebuilding process of the state, assuring that Governor Otti is intentional about securing the future of Abia youths through infrastructure renewal, economic expansion, and educational reforms, while charging them to remain focused, dedicated, and supportive of the government’s vision for a greater Abia.
In his remarks, the Member representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency, Chief Collins Iheonunekwu, thanked Governor Otti for redefining governance and for his numerous developmental strides across the state, especially in Isiala Ngwa North LGA, with projects such as the Abia Airport, the Abia Medical Village, and the reconstruction of the Obikabia-Isieketa Road, among others, which are bringing renewed hope to the people.
Also speaking, the Coordinator of Ngwa-Ukwu La Nwaoha Youth Leaders, Mr. Henry Okonko, Sir Raymond Eguzouwa and Mr. Ndubuisi Akwarandu, expressed deep appreciation to Governor Otti for his infrastructural strides across the state and assured that the people of Isiala Ngwa North would continue to stand firmly with his administration in its efforts to deliver good governance and sustainable development for all Abians.
