UMUAHIA – The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, has condoled the Ezeocha family of Amafor Isingwu, in Umuahia North LGA, over the death of their mother, Senior Mother Beatrice Chidinma Ezeocha.

In his condolence message during a funeral service conducted by the Divine Abosso Apostolic Faith Church of Christ, held at the Amafor Isingwu Community Primary School field, beside National War Museum Road, Ebite Amafor Isingwu, Umuahia, Pastor Ajagba described death as a necessary end for all mortals.
The Chief of Staff to the Governor explained that the loss of a mother is one of the most painful experiences any family can face, given the irreplaceable role mothers play as nurturers, guides and pillars of strength, and encouraged the Ezeocha family to take solace in the rich legacy of faith, industry and compassion their mother lived out.
He further urged the family of the deceased to remain united and continue to uphold the principles their mother instilled in them, emphasizing that Senior Mother Ezeocha’s life of service to God, devotion to family and commitment to community development should continue to guide their steps.
In a homily, the Rt. Rev. Christian Okpara, stressed the need for all to shun immoral acts and live righteously in order to gain eternity.
In their tributes, the first child of the deceased, Mr Ugochukwu Ezeocha and Mr Iyke Ezeocha, while describing their late mother as a prayer warrior, a disciplinarian with a tender heart, and a mother whose life was defined by unwavering faith and sacrifice, appreciated God for blessing them with a mother whose memory will remain a source of strength and inspiration.
Aged 83, Late Senior Mother, Beatrice Chidinma Ezeocha is survived by husband, Mazi Onyema Ezeocha, children, grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
The funeral which featured prayers for the bereaved family, condolence messages, also attracted the presence of the wife of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mrs Arinola Ajagba, top government officials, traditional rulers, among other notable personalities.
