The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, has commended the women of Umuomainta Nbawsi in Isiala Ngwa North LGA, for their steadfast commitment to community development and support for the administration of Governor Alex Otti.

Pastor Ajagba who made the commendation during the annual August Meeting of Umuomainta Nbawsi women, held at the Umuomainta Nbawsi Women’s Developmental Centre, Nbawsi, applauded Governor Otti for his bold and transformative leadership, particularly his sustained investments in road infrastructure, healthcare, education, security and human capital development across the State.

The Chief of Staff to the Governor while reiterating that the administration’s visible projects and policies have created a new foundation for sustainable development, economic growth and improved the living standards for the people, urged Abians to continue to support the Governor’s vision for a prosperous state.

He further charged the women to continue to promote peace, unity, accountability and development in their community, assuring that the present administration in the state remains committed to policies and programmes that directly impact the lives of the people.

In her address, the Women Leader of Umuomainta Nbawsi Development Association, Dr Mrs Esther Mbuko, appreciated Pastor Ajagba for identifying with the women during their annual August Meeting, adding that the gathering remains an important platform for fostering unity, strengthening relationships and promoting the socio-economic development of women and the community.

The meeting which featured goodwill messages, prayers for Governor Otti and Pastor Ajagba also attracted the presence of distinguished personalities.
