The Abia State Government invites all Permanent Secretaries, Heads of Agencies, Parastatals, Departments and the entire Civil & Public Servants to the Carol and Nine Lessons of the Governor, Dr. Alex Otti tomorrow, Sunday 22nd December, 2024.
A release signed by the State Head of Service, Dr Mrs Ngozi Obioma puts the venue at the International Conference Centre, Umuahia while time is 5pm.
According to the release, all concerned are to be seated before the arrival of the State Governor.
