The Deputy Majority Leader of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Mathias Ume has assured his Constituents that the other Constituency Projects which are contained in the 2025 budget will be executed in other zones in the constituency.

Hon. Ume who stated this during the commissioning of reconstructed five blocks of classroom at Nneato Secondary School by the State Governor Dr. Alex Otti, said the decision is in line with the vision of the Governor as reflected in his developmental projects across the state.
The State Lawmaker expressed gratitude to the Governor for his immeasurable love and support to him and his Constituents since inception of his administration as evidence in the improved security, road rehabilitation, reconstruction of the Umunneochi Cattle market, the ongoing retrofitting of Health Centres and Schools, as well as political appointments among others in the area.
Mr. Umeh also announced the continuation of his four-year bursary scheme for select underprivileged undergraduates of Umunneochi, annual payment of WAEC/NECO examination fees to Secondary School Students across Umunneochi Local Government Area and payment of one hundred thousand Naira interest free revolving loan to select indigent small scale business women in Umunneochi.
The Lawmaker who appealed to the Governor to intervene in other infrastructural needs of Nneato Secondary School which has suffered decades of neglect by past administrations, thanked the Governor, the Constituency Project Implementation Committee, Party and Community Leaders and the entire people of the area for their unwavering support and trust in him, and assured that he will not let them down.
The Umunneochi House of Assembly Member also later presented Cheques for amounts covering WAEC/NECO fees for select SS3 students of Nneato Secondary School, Leru Secondary School and Eziama Nneato Model Secondary School to the Principals of the Schools.
