A PDP Chieftain and immediate past Chairman of PDP Arochukwu, Mr Anthony Nwankwo, has applauded Governor Alex Otti over his unprecedented infrastructural development across the state.
Speaking to newsmen in Umuahia, Mr Nwankwo maintained that the Governor is doing marvelously well and should be supported by every Abian.
He noted that Governor Otti is fixing Ozu Abam Arochukwu road which has been in a deplorable condition under successive administrations, and is set to flag off the reconstruction of Omenuko bridge which has been a threat to lives and property as well as free education, upgrade health centers among others.
Mr. Nwankwo said that as a member of PDP, an Opposition party in the state, he would not fail to commend the good works the governor is doing in the state, which according to him, eluded the state under the PDP administration.
The PDP Chieftain described the purported shadow Government constituted by the PDP as unnecessary and unconstitutional and urged the party to lobby the Governor to the PDP rather than trying to distract his purposeful administration.
Mr Nwankwo maintained that the second term bid of the Governor is guaranteed, maintaining that the Abam people have every reason to support the Governor.
