The Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command, Mr. Danladi Isa has assured the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Ikechukwu Uwanna of the command’s readiness to strengthen collaboration with the ministry of justice.

Mr. Isa who gave the assurance when a delegation from the Ministry of Justice led by the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice paid him a courtesy visit, emphasized the importance of their partnership, assuring that with the enabling environment and continued collaboration, crime reduction, fairness and justice would be achieved in the state.

Mr. Isa thanked Barr. Uwanna for coming to identify with the State Police Command assuring that their collaborative efforts and partnership in the judicial system in the fight against crime will be achieved.

In his remarks, the Abia State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Ikechukwu Uwanna said the purpose of their visit was to welcome the Commissioner of Police on his assumption of duty in the state with a view to strengthening collaboration and commended him for the warm reception accorded them.

The visit featured the donation of Abia Law Journals, Quarterly Law Reports, Phones and SIM cards to the Police Command by the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
