The Member representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Collins Ugochukwu Iheonunekwu, has once again put smiles on the faces of his constituents through the distribution of Christmas palliatives and empowerment items to mark the Yuletide season.

The distribution exercise including bags of rice, cash support and other empowerment materials is aimed at easing the economic burden on families and promoting inclusive celebration of Christmas. Beneficiaries cut across women, youths, elders and vulnerable members of the constituency.
Speaking during the event, Hon. Iheonunekwu described the gesture as part of his commitment to the welfare of his people and a way of sharing the joy of the season. He noted that Christmas is a period of love, sacrifice and giving, stressing that leadership must be felt through meaningful impact on the lives of the people. He assured his constituents of his continued dedication to effective representation and people-oriented initiatives.
The beneficiaries expressed deep appreciation to the lawmaker for the timely intervention, describing him as a compassionate and responsive representative. Many prayed for God’s continued blessings and wisdom upon him as he discharges his legislative responsibilities.
